Abstract

The formulation of the research problem is how the process of managing certificates at Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi (LSP) Balai Besar Pelatihan Vokasi dan Produktivitas (BBPVP) Medan.This research discusses issues regarding human resources. This research aims to determine the Certificate Management System at Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi (LSP) Balai Besar Pelatihan Vokasi dan Produktivitas (BBPVP) Medan. This research method uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were interviews and direct observation with employees. The results of this research show the stages in processing student training certificates. Certificate management is a process or method of printing written evidence, to obtain which a person must take part in a training program according to the specified time and in accordance with the interests and talents of the prospective training participant.
