PT. North Sumatra Development Bank or better known as PT. Bank Sumut is a regional bank in North Sumatra based in the city of Medan, most of which is owned by the regional government, in order to drive the economy, regional development and provide the best service to the community. In the current digital era, PT. Bank Sumut provides mobile banking services to make it easier for customers to make transactions wherever and whenever, even though Bank Sumut is a regional bank, it cannot be denied that mobile banking PT. Bank Sumut is able to compete with national banks. This scientific paper aims to analyze the level of customer satisfaction with mobile banking PT. Bank Sumut even though PT. Bank Sumut is a regional bank. The research method used in this research is qualitative-descriptive. The qualitative method is in the form of words or sentences, while descriptive research is research that contains facts, symptoms and events systematically and accurately, and this research also uses a questionnaire method by asking questions to customers or respondents. After observing respondents' satisfaction with mobile banking PT. Bank Sumut uses a questionnaire method, the research results show that the level of respondent/customer satisfaction is quite high with mobile banking PT. Bank Sumut.
