The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality in e-commerce shopee on consumers. The type of research in this study is qualitative. In this study, researchers used research methods with the type of data used in the form of primary data, namely using a questionnaire. The data collection method is done by giving a set of questions or written statements to respondents to answer about how the quality of service in e-commerce shopee on consumer purchases. The results of this study indicate that the quality of service in shopee e-commerce shows that it has an influence on consumer purchases where when the quality of e-commerce services provided is not good, buyers or consumers will not or rarely shop back to the store, but if the quality of service provided is good and very good, it is evident that consumers get satisfaction with the store and make repeat purchases. The results of the discussion show that the average consumer gives an agree answer, the majority of shopee customers are satisfied with the services provided.
