Analisis Inovasi Kualitas Pelayanan Perizinan melalui Online Single Submission (OSS) yang Dikelola pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kota Medan

Abstract

This research uses good governance theory by looking at three main aspects, namely, deregulation, bureaucratization and digitalization. Apart from that, the next theory is the Sustainability Innovation Territory Map by Bowfield, Visser, and Livesey which divides 3 Territory Maps, namely enablers, agents, and processes. The method used is qualitative research, by interviewing the main source, namely Mr. Rizal Pahlawan as Head of the Data Processing, Planning and Development Division of the Medan City DPMPTSP. The results of the research show that the Medan City DPMPTSP was quite successful in resolving OSS obstacles when initially implemented, with several adjustments in in the fields of deregulation, de-bureaucratization, as well as in the aspect of digitalization, so that it can be applied in the city of Medan.
