dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine how the role of the work environment in improving employee morale at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of North Sumatra. As is known, the work environment is something that plays a very important role for employees in carrying out work activities. A good work environment will make employees more enthusiastic and motivated at work. The data collection technique carried out by the author is to use questionnaire data through google form. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between the work environment in improving employee morale, the better the working environment conditions at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of North Sumatra, the more employee morale will increase.en_US
