dc.description.abstract | This study aims to determine the Role of Employee Work Ethics in Providing Services to Users at the Office of the Regional Revenue and Asset Financial Management Agency of Binjai City. The research method used is qualitative descriptive research with data collection techniques with questionnaires and interviews as well as direct observation. The role of employee ethics in providing services is very important, especially in services at the Office of the Regional Revenue and Asset Financial Management Agency of Binjai City as an effort to provide services in accordance with the rules and codes of ethics that have been made, so that with good service, the vision and mission that have been designed as the goals of service delivery can be achieved. The results of this study show that overall work ethics are very influential on the quality of service. In dealing with users, employees should be patient and meticulous in addition, the way employees communicate with users applies a friendly attitude in the form of smiles, greetings and greetings. If the employee has the awareness of carrying out obligations and responsibilities well, it indicates that the employee has a high work ethic. | en_US |
