dc.description.abstractThe research aims to determine and describe the effect of excellent service on customer satisfaction at the Work Ready Kiosk of the Vocational and Productivity Training Center Medan. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to 30 training participants at the Vocational and Productivity Training Center Medan. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research. The results of this study indicate that customers / trainees are satisfied with the excellent service provided at the Work Ready Kiosk of the Vocational Training and Productivity Center Medan.en_US
