dc.description.abstract | This research aims to determine and analyze impact of organizational culture (adaptability, mission, involvement and consistency) partially or simultan of implementation of the regional financial management information system (RFMIS) in the Humbang Hasundutan Regional Government.
This type of research is associative explanatory research, by using a quantitative approach. The population used in this research were all Regional Civil Servant (RCV) in Humbang Hasundutan Regional Government. Meanwhile, the sample for this research was 100 respondents consisting of Head of RCV, Head of Financial Administration, Financial Staff and Staff. The data collection technique used in this research is the Questionnaire Method. The data analysis technique used is Validity and Reliability Analysis, by using Software of Smart PLS.
The results in this research are partially of adaptability, mission, involvement have a positive and significant impact of implementation of the regional financial management information system and consistency has not positive and significant impact of the implementation of the regional financial management information system in Humbang Hasundutan Regional Government. Meanwhile, the results of simultan testing show of the adaptability, mission, involvement have a positive and significant impact of the implementation of the regional financial management information system and consistency has not impact positive and significant of implementation of the regional financial management information system in Humbang Hasundutan Regional Government. | en_US |
