Caries is a disease caused by demineralization of hard tooth tissue due to loss of calcium ions without the formation of sufficient new calcium ions over a long period of time. Prevention is by increasing compliance with brushing your teeth twice a day, namely in the morning after breakfast and at night before bed. The aim of this activity is to produce a web application that can help parents monitor children's compliance with ideal tooth brushing. Creating web applications in several stages of the Agile method, namely data collection, design, development, quality control, uploading, dissemination and application review. The result is the Modentca (Monitoring Dental Caries) web application based on Progressive Web Apps (PWA) and Geographic Information System (GIS) which can be accessed at https://modentca.app via a web browser. Users can calculate the estimated risk of child caries through the Caries Experience feature, save dental photo documentation in the Dental Tracker feature, increase knowledge through the Ekagi feature, complete a 'check-in' for toothbrushing activities in the Toothbrush Monitoring feature every morning after breakfast (05.00 – 10.00 WIB ) and at night before going to bed (16.00 – 22.00 WIB) and see the percentage of 'check-ins' based on sub-district mapping in Medan in the Data Bank feature with GIS technology. 22 days of use by 25 respondents showed that 63.1% of respondents had completed the 'check-in' according to the schedule on the Toothbrush Monitoring feature. This web application has limitations and requires development, so it can be concluded that the Moderna web application is easy to access and can help monitor children's compliance with brushing their teeth.
