Abstract

This research analyses the effects of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance mediated by employee job satisfaction at oil palm plantation company of PT. ABC This research employs quantitative descriptive method. The research data are collected by distributing questionnaires to research samples. The population of this research are made up of 80 employees working at PT.ABC. Saturated sampling technique and Path analysis are employed in this research. The research results indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of organizational culture on employee performance. Organizational commitment positively and significantly affects employee performance. Organizational culture and organizational commitment partially have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the research finds that job satisfaction is able to mediate organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance.
