dc.description.abstract | Health services are one of the tasks of the puskesmas in achieving health
development goals in their working areas. According to the Indonesian Ministry of
Health, utilization of health services in 2021 is still low at only 23.5 percent. One
of the indicators to assess the utilization of the puskesmas is the number of visits,
especially the JKN membership at the puskesmas. The Pantai Labu Health Center
in 2019-2021 had an increase in JKN participants by 2.47 percent, but there was a
decrease in the number of visits by 4.12 percent. This shows the lack of utilization
of health services at the puskesmas. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research
on factors related to the utilization of health services for JKN participants. This
type of research is an analytic survey with a cross sectional design. The number of
research samples is 100 people using Simple Random Sampling. Data were
collected through interviews using a questionnaire. Data analysis using Chi-Square
test which is equipped with univariate analysis is analyzed descriptively first. The
results showed that according to the characteristics of the respondents, the largest
proportion of respondents aged 35 years was 67.0 percent, female sex was 68.0
percent, secondary education level was 59.0 percent, worked 81.0 percent and
income Rp 1,000. .000, - by 65 percent. The results of the bivariate analysis showed
that there was a significant relationship between education (p=0.018), occupation
(p=0.019), affordability of services (p=0.001), perception of health and illness
(p=0.001), staff attitude (p=0.004), and ease of use. information (p = 0.004) with
the use of health services for JKN participants at the Pantai Labu Health Center,
Pantai Labu District, Deli Serdang Regency in 2021. It is hoped that the puskesmas
will be able to carry out the role of the Sub-Puskesmas and village midwives in the
working areas of the Pantai Labu Health Center, as well as increase participants'
knowledge related to the utilization of health center services. | en_US |
