dc.description.abstract | Toddler health services are essential for monitoring the growth and development of children. It is crucial to identify any growth disorders during their early stages. Health services must meet the Minimum Service Standards (MSS). In 2019, the Teladan Health Center weighed 86.7 persen of under-fives, but the numbers decreased by 52.7 persen in 2020 and 44 persen in 2021. These figures indicate that the health services provided for under-fives at the Teladan Health Center have not yet reached the minimum service standard of 100 persen. Therefore, a qualitative research study was conducted to analyze the implementation of the minimum service standard achievement for toddler health services at the Teladan Health Center. This study aimed to analyze the implementation of toddler health services, including planning, implementation, recording and reporting, monitoring, and evaluation. The research subjects included main informants and triangulation informants, and the instruments used were interview guidelines. The results of the study showed that the overall implementation of toddler health services in terms of planning, implementation, recording and reporting, monitoring, and evaluation was good. However, the limited availability of facilities and infrastructure, such as makeshift tables and chairs, and the lack of budget or sources of funds were the main obstacles faced. To improve the funding and performance of the health center in terms of toddler health services at the posyandu, there needs to be good cooperation between the leaders of the Teladan Health Center and the health department. | en_US |
