The instruments for the study include a questionnaire on HPV vaccination !mow/edge and audiovisual education about cervical cancer, early detection of cervical cancer, and cen1ical cancer prevention with HPV vaccines. The intervention on health education by using audiovisual lasts 7 days. The data are processed by using Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test with p-value=0.000 (p<0.05). The study recognizes a significant difference in the students' knowledge before and after the audiovisual health education. It is found that students at SMP Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Medan have more knowledge of HPV vaccination after receiving audiovisual health education.
