One of the health problems in Indonesia is non-communicable diseases (NCDs), which can have psychological impacts, such as anxiety. Clients experiencing anxiety tend to have difficulty solving problems effectively, thus requiring family support. The aim of this study is to identify the relationship between family support and anxiety in clients with health issues in Klambir Village, Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang Regency. This research uses a quantitative method with a descriptive correlational design, collecting data through questionnaires with a sample size of 82 people. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The results showed that the majority had sufficient family support, with 63 people (76.8%), and the majority experienced moderate anxiety, with 57 people (69.5%). The Spearman rho statistical test results showed a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05), indicating a significant relationship between family support and anxiety in clients with health issues. It is expected that clients receive information about the importance of family support to reduce anxiety resulting from health problems.
