    Abstract
    Unnatural work postures cause a risk of musculoskeletal complaints. Karah baking workers in Langung village work with unnatural sitting postures. This study aims to analyze work postures and musculoskeletal complaints on karah baking workers. This type of research is a descriptive quantitative study using a cross sectional design with sample of 20 workers. Measurement of work posture using Rapid Entire Body Asssement (REBA) method and musculoskeletal complaints using Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire. The results of REBA in the process of making dough 14 workers (70%) experience medium risk category and 6 workers (30%) experience high risk category. The process of taking dough there are 5 workers (25%) experiencing low risk category and 15 workers (75%) experiencing medium risk category. The process of kneading dough has 17 workers (75%) experiencing medium risk category and 3 workers (15%) experiencing high risk category. The process of folding cakes has 2 workers (10%) experiencing low risk category and 18 workers (90%) experiencing medium risk category. In the draining process, 3 workers (15%) experienced low risk category and 17 workers (85%) experienced medium risk category. In the packaging process, 17 workers (85%) experienced medium risk category and 3 workers (15%) experienced high risk category. The results of the NBM method in every process of making karah cake most workers experience complaints of severe pain in the waist, complaints of pain in the right hand, complaints of mild pain in the right elbow, and complaints of no pain in the left ankle and right ankle.
