dc.description.abstract | There are many factors behind each individual's consideration in choosing health
services. With regard to local health care systems, the costs of accessing health
services (money and time) can be a significant burden for the poor and a barrier to
their utilization. Additionally, the attitudes and behavior of health care providers
in a facility may influence health-seeking behavior by local residents. Based on
initial studies conducted at the Binjai City Community Health Center, patient visit
data in 2020 was 11,850 visits with coverage of 35%. In 2021, the number of patient
visits at the Binjai City Health Center will be 10,779 visits with coverage of 31%.
Meanwhile, in 2022, the number of patient visits at the Binjai City Health Center
will be 9,962 visits with coverage of 29%. This research aims to determine the
