dc.description.abstract | Drug abuse (narcotics, psychotropic substances and addictive substances) is a major threat to health problems in Indonesia with the highest number of users in the younger generation and makes Indonesia the third country with the highest level of drug transactions and abuse in the world, so it is necessary to take action to prevent drug abuse, especially in Adolescent factors that can help adolescents carry out prevention are knowledge, attitudes and a good social environment. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between knowledge, attitudes and the social environment with the prevention of drug abuse at SMA Angkasa 1 Lanud Medan. This research is a descriptive quantitative research using a cross sectional approach where this research carries out measurements or observations at the same time between independent variables and other variables. dependent. Of the 60 students, 40 (66.7%) had good and not good knowledge, 20 (33.3%), 46 (76.7%)
had positive attitudes and 14 (23.3%) had negative attitudes. 39 (65.0%) had a
good social environment and 21 (35.0%) had a bad social environment, 42 (70.0%) had good drug abuse prevention measures and 18 (30.0%) did not have a good social environment. .There is a significant relationship between knowledge, attitudes and social environment and prevention of drug abuse where the p value is
<0.05. Students are expected to increase their knowledge about drug prevention so that they can control and control their behavior so that they do not make mistakes in relationships, especially those related to drug abuse. | en_US |
