Junk food consumption behavior is an individual's behavioral habits regarding eating ethics, choice of type of food, eating patterns, frequency of eating junk food. Consumption behavior is influenced by a person's knowledge and attitudes. Knowledge and attitudes alone are not enough to understand and change consumption behavior in adolescents. Several factors require a person's behavior, such as easy access, sources of information, peers, and so on. This can be good or bad. This research aims to look at the factors related to junk food consumption behavior among students at GKPI Padang Bulan Medan Private High School in 2023. This type of research uses quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used the Stratified Random Sampling method with a sample size of 75 respondents. Data analysis used univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using the chi-square statistical test. The results of this research show that there is no relationship between knowledge and junk food consumption behavior among students with a ρ-value = 0.564, there is no relationship between attitudes and junk food consumption behavior among students with a ρ-value = 0.737, there is a relationship between easy access and junk food consumption behavior among students with a ρ-value = 0,038, there is a relationship between sources of information and junk food consumption behavior in students with a ρ-value = 0.000, there is a relationship between peers and junk food consumption behavior among students with a ρ-value = 0.023. This research hopes that students will need to increase their knowledge and behave well in choosing junk food, as well as filter all information and peers to have healthy eating behavior
