The quality of water, particularly the TDS (Total Dissolved Solid) parameter, is an important factor in freshwater fish farming. High concentrations of TDS can be fatal to fish. In order to overcome the problem, this research aims to develop an automatic water TDS concentration control tool using an automatic sensor lifter in freshwater fish farming integrated with the Internet of Things (IoT). This device is made up of a TDS sensor, pòmpa, automatic sensor lifter, and microcontroller. Pond water’s TDS content is determined using the TDS sensor. The TDS sensor data is read by the microcontroller, which then compares it to predetermined limits. The microcontroller will turn on the pump if the TDS concentration is higher than the threshold value and turn it off if the TDS concentration is at the intended level. Automatic sensor lifter is used to lift and dip the TDS sensor when taking measurements to minimize the inaccuracy of the TDS sensor reading, and keep the sensor at the optimal depth and from environmental disturbances. This tool is integrated with the IoT system so that users can monitor the TDS concentration of pond water through the blynk application. This study was carried out ini the west Brandan, Langkat district, Jalan Harapan Jaya, Lubuk Kasih village. From the measurement data, the TDS value is obtained at 06.00 measurements of 193 ppm to 278 with an accuracy level of 96.14%, at 09.00 measurements of 196 ppm to 278 ppm with an accuracy level of 97.33%, at 12.00 measurements of 234 ppm to 290 ppm with an accuracy level of 98.61%, at 15. 00 by 252 ppm to 295 ppm with an accuracy rate of 97.96%, at 18.00 measurement of 196 ppm to 287 ppm with an accuracy rate of 98.18%, at 21.00 measurement of 193 ppm to 286 ppm with an accuracy rate of 97.79%. Data from this study indicate that this tool successful in maintaining TDS concentration within the optimal limit of <1000 ppm with high accuracy, and provided a basis for further development in more sophisticated and automated water quality monitoring applications.en_US
