Pengetahuan Sikap dan Tindakan Seksual Pranikah Remaja SMP Swadaya Desa Bulu Cina Kecamatan Hamparan Perak

Abstract

Pre-marital sexual behavior is an individual's reaction driven by sexual desire conducted before marriage. It comprises three domains knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors. Knowledge has an influence in forming teenagers' attitudes and actions in interacting with sexuality, therefore deeper research is needed to understand teenagers' premarital sexual knowledge, attitudes and actions. The aim of this study is to identify the knowledge, attitudes, and pre- marital sexual behaviors of adolescents. This research employs a quantitative method with a descriptive design. The population includes all students of Swadaya Junior High School in Bulu Cina Village, totaling 246 individuals. The sample consists of 77 individuals, selected using proportionate stratified random sampling The results show that the majority of respondents have inadequate sexual knowledge, with 43 individuals (55.8%) falling into this category Additionally, 48 respondents (62.3%) exhibit positive attitudes towards pre-marital sexual behavior, and 63 respondents (81.8%) demonstrate good pre-marital sexual behaviors. The study concludes that while the majority of respondents possess inadequate pre- marital sexual knowledge, they exhibit positive attitudes and good pre-marital sexual behaviors. Addressing the issue of pre-marital sexual knowledge can be achieved by enhancing education on pre-marital sexuality and its forms.
