    Abstract
It is a mandatory for infants aged 0-1 I months to receive basic immunization in Indonesia which, is scheduled over the course of one year. The administration of basic immunization is influenced by many factors, one of which is the parents, especially mothers. This research, uses a descriptive correlation design with Cross-Sectional approach that aims to determine the characteristics of respondents, factors that influence and mostly affect the completeness of basic immunization in infants of Klumpang Kampung village. The research samples are mothers who have babies aged 9-12 months wit/, a total of 64 people in Posyandu taken using non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The results indicate that there is an effect of maternal education (0.001), employment status (0.007), family income (0.032), birth order (0.004), and distance to Posyandu (0.001) 011 the completeness of basic immunization. This research indicates the factors that mostly affect the completeness of basic immunization, namely maternal education (p-value 0.006, OR= 0.106) and distance to Posyandu (p-value=0.003, OR= 9.458). It is expected that health services provide easily accessed health facilities to all communities and improve the knowledge and perception of mothers by providing education and developing strategies/policies related to complete basic immunization programs in the future.
