Patient Experience at Muliorejo Public Health Center Sunggal District in 2021
Abstract
Health development is an integral and most important part of national development, the aim of which is to carry out health development listed in the National Health System (SKN) is to increase awareness, willingness and ability to live healthy for everyone in order to realize an optimal public health degree. Health services are carried out on the basis of need, not on the basis of ability to pay, because health is basically a human right. The 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia (UUD), emphasizes the importance of health as a human right. This type of research is a descriptive survey research with a qualitative approach. There were eight informants who were patients treated at the Mulyorejo Health Center, Sunggal District. The research objective was to determine the quality of the Puskesmas in providing health services. Methods of data collection using observation and interview methods as well as documentation methods. Patient experience based on waiting time, friendliness, interpersonal communication, and drug management found that most patients had a bad experience at the Mulyorejo Health Center, while patient experience based on nursing and cleaning services found that most informants had a good experience at the Mulyorejo Health Center. Based on the results of this study, it is hoped that the head of the Mulyorejo Health Center and the existing health workers will improve performance related to the patient experience received while visiting the Mulyorejo Health Center and to improve the quality and quality of services at the Mulyorejo Health Center.
