The research method used in this research is empirical juridical research, which is supported by primary and secondary data sources, and qualitative analysis is carried out. The results of the research and discussion are that the cooperative arrangements for managing the Bidadari tourist attraction in Pamah Simelir Hamlet are carried out through an unwritten agreement whose validity is still recognized as long as it meets the requirements of Article 1320 of the Civil Code and is subject to the provisions of Book III of the Civil Code concerning Engagements, in particular Article 1314 of the Civil Code concerning burdensome agreements. . However, the implementation of this agreement has not fully implemented the principle of justice in guaranteeing the interests of the parties, as can be seen from the existence of problems such as the lack of responsibility of tourism managers in maintaining the cleanliness of rice fields and non-transparency in reporting income, so that improvements are needed through clearer and firmer regulations regarding rights. and obligations of the parties, increasing transparency, and fair dispute resolution in accordance with the law.en_US
