Public baths are facilities that use natural water without processing which can transmit disease and cause health problems. Swimming activities allow the transmission of disease if sanitation does not meet health requirements, so the environment in public places must be maintained to prevent disease transmission. This research aims to analyze the water quality and environmental sanitation. This type of research is descriptive observational research. The object of this research is the quality of bathing water, namely physical, chemical and biological as well as all bathing facilities. Data collection on bath sanitation was obtained through observation, inspection forms and interviews. Data analysis is univariate analysis to describe each research variable. Water quality research results show temperature (22 - 24℃), turbidity (0.87 - 1.14 NTU), pH (6.03 - 6.98), dissolved oxygen (4.53 - 5.74 mg/liter), Escherichia coli (0 CFU/ml) is categorized as having met the requirements in accordance with the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Health Regulation No. 2 of 2023. Environmental sanitation reviewed is the place, equipment, food handlers and cleaning staff, availability of facilities and buildings, water availability, air condition and quality, condition of food handling places, control of vectors and disease-carrying animals, and self-assessment. The score obtained was 37 out of a total score of 100, this was categorized as not meeting the requirements. Basic sanitation shows the percentage that meets the requirements (82.6%) and does not meet the requirements (17.3%) in terms of the availability of clean water, availability of rubbish bins, waste water disposal and availability of latrines, this is categorized as meeting the requirements. It is recommended that bathing parties check the water quality every day and inform visitors about it as well as make repairs to damaged facilities and buildings that do not meet environmental and basic sanitation requirementsen_US
