Pregnant women's attempt to prevent them from preeclampsia during pregnancy is correlated with their blood pressure. The objective of the research is to find out the correlation of pregnant women's attempt to prevent them from precclampsia with blood pressure at Sci Baharu Village. This research uses quantitative research method with descriptive correlation design. The population and samples are 33 pregnant women al Sei Baharu Village, taken by using total sampling technique. The research instrument is questionnaire on measurement of pregnant women's blood pressure and likert questionnaire in I6 statements about the attempts to prevent preeclampsia. The data are analyzed by using unnivariate analysis and bivariate analysis with Spearman test. The result of the research shows that p-value is 0.048 and r-value is 0.347• Which indicate that there is positive correlation between pregnant women's attempt to prevent them from preeclampsia and their blood pressure. The conclusion is that there is positive correlation between pregnant women's attempt to prevent preeclampsia and blood pressure at Sei Baharu Village. It is recommended that pregnant women prepare their physical and mental condition and have their pregnancy examined regularly in order that their blood pressure during pregnancy is stable
