The result of the research shows that the majority of the respondents have good knowledge, positive attitude, and active action in attending Posyandu, and the nutritional status of young chil-dren is in the good category. The result of correlation test shows that there is a correlation of knowledge, attitude, and action in attending Posyandu with the nutritional status of young children at p-value < 0.05. The conclusion is that there is the correlation of women’s knowledge, attitude, and action in attending Posyandu with the nutritional status of young children. It is recommended that the health care providers at the research location provide services at Posyandu optimally, increase women’s knowledge, attitude, and action in at-tending Posyandu by providing education for the women and supplementary food for young children.
