Health education is an intervention effort aimed at directing behaviors to be supportive of health. Education is provided, especially to adolescent girls, to increase their knowledge and attitudes about combating anemia. The objective of this study was to determine the effect of health education on anemia on the knowledge level of adolescent girl and to ascertain the effect of health education on the attitudes of adolescent girls at PAB 5 Klumpang Kebun Private High School. This research employed a quantitative method with a Quasi-Experimental design. The applied approach was One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The sample consisted of 111 adolescent girls, selected using proportional sampling techniques. The research instrument was a questionnaire containing questions about knowledge and attitudes toward anemia. In this study, Ha1 was accepted and Ho was rejected with a knowledge p-value of 0.000 (<0.05), indicating a significant effect of health education on the knowledge level of adolescent girls. Similarly, Ha2 was accepted and Ho was rejected with an attitudes p-value of 0.000 (<0.05), indicating a significant effect of health education on the attitudes of adolescent girls. The conclusion of this study is that health education on anemia significantly affects the knowledge and attitudes of adolescent girls at PAB 5 Klumpang Kebun Private High School.
