    Abstract
Social media plays a role in influencing a person's sexual behavior, the number of cases of violence via social media according to the National Commission on Violence Against Women in 2023 will be 821 cases which are dominated by cases of sexual violence and as many as 383 cases of sexual violence are committed by friends on social media. The phenomenon of sexual harassment occurs in chatbots on Telegram because of the anonymity and high guarantee of personal information security for feature users. The aim of this research is to analyze the use of the Anonymous Chat chatbot feature of the Telegram application among USU FKM students regarding sexual harassment. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach using case study techniques at the Faculty of Public Health, University of North Sumatra. This research was conducted using in-depth interviews and the informant selection technique used was purposive sampling technique. The results obtained were that the informant used this feature to overcome boredom, this received social support from peers for the informant to use this feature, but the informant experienced verbal sexual harassment, namely invitations to have sexual relations online and voice messages containing sexual connotations and verbal harassment. visuals, namely sending pictures of the perpetrator's genitals and stickers with sexual connotations through this feature, thus having a psychological impact on the informant where the impact is a feeling of guilt, self-blame, feelings of shame, low self-esteem, fear, surprise, and the desire to retaliate against the perpetrator. It is hoped that students will ascertain the impact that media will have before recommending the media to others. Apart from that, media learning in health promotion courses needs to show that media is a source of positive information.
