    Abstract
    The Covid 19 pandemic is something that notaries are very worried about in making the deed. Implementation of the duties of a notary position in Making a Deed Before and during the Covid 19 Pandemic is different. The difference lies in health protocols and the presence of observers based on Decree Number 65/33-III/ PP-INI/2020 dated March 17 2020, regarding the matters referred to in the main letter, Association Association Regulations The Indonesian Notary considers it necessary to convey the following matters namely, the Central Management of the Indonesian Notary Association (PP-INI) and all its staff expressed his concern over the massive development of the spread of Covid-19 directly influences the implementation of the duties of the notary position provide services to the community, regarding that, we appeal to all members to follow the health protocols set by the government in an effort to overcome the spread of Covid-19. Especially the appeal to (WHF/work from home) and carry out social activities distancing (keep distance). Implementing WFH is not a form violation of Article 17 of Law 30/2004 concerning Notary Positions as stated amended by Law 2/2014 regarding the prohibition on leaving the territory his position for more than seven consecutive working days without valid reasons, conditions WFH and social distancing will certainly limit the implementation of tasks notary position, in the process of analyzing these problems, the author conducted interviews with several notaries related to the problem will be researched, and from the results of interviews and analyzing problems, there are Some solutions include including the clause "will be made/stated back in the Authentic Deed as soon as the Covid-19 emergency is lifted by Government" on deeds that can be made privately in advance, and there needs to be a revision of the UUJN in order to carry out a permanent position pay attention to the Notary Position Law (UUJN), code of ethics, and other statutory regulations. Obstacles in Tasks Notary's Position in Making Deeds Before and during the Covid Pandemic 19 are presenters who do not comply with government regulations regarding the Protocol health even though the risk of infection will be high, especially making a Will must be in accordance with the UUJN because the deed will later become a deed Authenticity is the basis for the distribution of inheritance in particular.
