This study aims to determine the effect of GRDP per capita, Open Unemployment Rate, Poverty, and Provincial Minimum Wage both partially and simultaneously on Overseas Labor Migration in Indonesia. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative, namely a descriptive approach with a quantitative approach. The focus of the study locations chosen in this research were 34 provinces. Data collection was carried out using secondary data from the 2017-2022 period. The results of the study show simultaneously the independent variables GRDP per capita, Open Unemployment Rate, Poverty, and Provincial Minimum Wage at the 95% confidence level indicating that there is a significant influence on Overseas Labor Migration. Partially, it is known that the variable GRDP per capita has a positive and significant effect on Labor Migration, Open Unemployment Rate and Provincial Minimum Wage have a negative and significant effect on Labor Migration, and Poverty has a negative and insignificant effect on Labor Migration.
