Anemia during pregnancy is a common issue among pregnant women. In 2018, the prevalence of anemia was approximately 40.5% among pregnant women in Kab. Sumut/Medan City. In Padang B11/an Health Center, the incidence of anemia remains high, reaching 32.2% in 2024. This study aims to identify the factors influencing the incidence of anemia in pregnant women. The research type is q11anlitative with a descriptive correlation design, 11sing a cross-sectional approach. The sample consists of 31 respondents selected through total sampling, Statistical analysis using the Rank Spearman correlation test revealed that out of 31 respondents, 9 experienced anemia (29.1%) and 22 did not (70.9%). The study results indicate no significant relationship between the mother's age and ed11caliona/ level with the incidence of anemia (p0.05). However, there is a significant relationship between the mother's gestational age, parity, and compliance with iron tablet consumption (p0.05) with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women. Therefore, factors such as gestational age, the number of children previously born, and adherence to iron tablet consumption need more attention to reduce the incidence of anemia among pregnant women at Padang, Bulan Health Center.
