Implementation of Clean and Healthy living Behavior in Families in Suka Maju Village
Abstract
Clean and healthy living behavior in households aims to empower family members to know, be willing, and be able to practice clean and healthy living behaviors and actively participate in community health movements. This study aims to examine the implementation of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) in families by assessing their knowledge, altitudes, and actions. The research adopts a quantitative approach with a descriptive design. The population for this study includes 411 families, with a sample size of 80 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The results indicate that community knowledge is categorized as good (53 respondents, 66%), altitudes are categorized as positive (41 respondents, 51%), and actions are categorized as good (33 respondents, 41%). These findings suggest that families in Suka Maju Village possess good knowledge, positive altitudes, and good practices regarding the implementation of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior. This study is expected to serve as a source of information on clean and healthy living behaviors in families and can be used as preliminary data for future research.
