Teenagers are the nation's next generation to continue nation-building activities. Young women are vulnerable to malnutrition and therefore need special attention. Adolescent girls need good nutritional intake, good nutritional intake will affect the nutritional status of adolescents. Good nutritional status is also influenced by a person's nutritional knowledge, breakfast habits and nutritional intake, because this will influence teenagers in choosing the food they will consume. The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between nutritional knowledge, breakfast habits, nutritional intake and the nutritional status of adolescent girls at SMP Negeri 10 Medan. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using a cross sectional design. The location of this research was at SMP Negeri 10 Medan. The population and sample in this study were all female students in class VII and VII of SMP Negeri 10 Medan, totaling 360 people. The technique used in sampling was proportional stratified random sampling, so that the sample for this study was 87 female students. Data was collected using the anthropometric method by measuring the height and weight of female students and by direct interviews. Data analysis was carried out using univariate and bivariate analysis. The research results showed that respondents' nutritional knowledge was poor and good at 52,2 percent and 18,4 percent. There is a relationship between nutritional knowledge and the nutritional status of female students (p = 0,037), There is a relationship between breakfast habits and the nutritional status of female students (p = 0,008), and there is a relationship between nutritional intake and the nutritional status of teenagers as seen in energy (p = 0,018<0,05). It is hoped that female students will pay attention to their breakfast habits and the nutritional intake they consume, for schools to pay attention to children's food intake by monitoring school children and for community health centers to provide education about the importance of breakfast and about the guidelines for balanced nutrition in schools.
