Analisis Faktor Risiko Kecelakaan Kerja Berdasarkan Human Error pada Pekerja PT. Prima Multi Peralatan Perawatan RTG TPK Belawan

Abstract

Human error is one of the factors that can cause work accidents. The aspect of human error is a risk reviewed in this research based on the theory of human error by Dan Petersen which groups three risks, namely overload, ergonomic traps, and decisions to make mistakes. There were 9 informants in this research, 6 informants were mechanics and the other 3 informants were company management. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive phenomenological approach. Data were collected using in-depth interviews and data analysis was carried out using the Colaizzi analysis model. The results of research on the risks of human error that can occur are: not focusing while working, being lazy at work, etc. The factors that are at risk of causing human error are individual overload factors (physical health conditions and work pressure), ergonomic traps (incompatible workplace designs), and decisions to make mistakes (misjudging risks). It is recommended to carry out health checks at least once a year, limit work to a maximum of 15 minutes in confined spaces and impose sanctions on workers who ignore the risks.
