The objective research is to analyze the legal certainty of mutual agreements in the form of in MoU Investment co-financing at PT. Noor Eeman Nusantara. This research use a juridical empirical method . The data consist primary data and secondary data. Primary data are obtained from PT. Noor Eeman Nusantara, while secondary data are obtained from legal provisions , books, articles and journals. They are processed by conducting interviews and documentary studies. the resuslt of the research shows that the legal force between MoU and the contract is similiar because MoU is made based on the agreement between the parties by which they bind themselves in the contents of the MoU. MoU was made between PT. NOOR EEMAN NUSANTARA and the capital owner (Investor) is in the form of an agreement is agreement. In which it has been explained in detail about anything which has been agreed in the contract between them . Therefore, there is legal certainty in the contract for both of theem.
