Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Pemanfaatan Program Posbindu Ptm oleh Pasien Hipertensi di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sambirejo Kabupaten Langkat Tahun 2024

Abstract

Non-communicable diseases are one of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2030 agenda, due to the increase in NCD cases both in Indonesia and the world. Hypertension is one of the NCDs that slowly causes damage to organs. Posbindu PTM is a public health-based effort under the guidance of the health center related to NCDs by involving the community. The dominant and increasing non-communicable disease at Sambirejo Health Center is hypertension. Hypertension can be prevented and controlled through Posbindu PTM. This study aims to know about factors associated with the utilization of PTM posbindu program by hypertension patients at working area of Sambirejo health center Langkat district in 2024. The method used is quantitative type with cross sectional design. The sample in this study amounted to 71 people with sampling techniques using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate analysis. The results of statistical tests using the chi-square test obtained a relationship between knowledge, access, health facilities, family support and cadre support (0.001) with the utilization of Posbindu by hypertensive patients and it is also known that the utilization of Posbindu by hypertensive patients at Sambirejo Health Center is still not achieved. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between knowledge, access, health facilities, family support and cadre support on Posbindu utilization. It is expected that health center officers work with cadres to provide counseling to the community about Posbindu PTM so that the community can utilize Posbindu PTM
