Black Soldier Fly (BSF) larvae are one of the alternative feed sources of animal protein with high nutritional content and are able to help farmers in reducing ration prices. the effect of supplementation of Black Soldier Fly maggot flour (Hermentia illucens) in rations on the exterior quality and interior quality of quail eggs (Cortunix cortunix japonica). This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 4 replications, namely P0: 10% fishmeal, P1 = 7.5% maggot flour, P2 = 10% maggot flour, P3 = 12.5% maggot flour. The parameters observed were shell weight, shell thickness, egg white index, yolk index, Haugh Unit, protein content, and fat. The results showed that supplementation of Black Soldier Fly (Hermetia illucens.) Maggot flour in quail (Cortunix cortunix japonica) rations had an effect on interior quality and additional protein content of quail eggs.
