S. platyclados is a flagship species of the Dipterocarpaceae group and is one of the most cormally important timber tree species. However, the increasing global demand for its timber products has led to excessive logging in natural forests. This, together with insufficient natural regeneration and slow recovery rates, has led to a decline in S. platyclados populations. Thus, it is necessary to promote planting and develop effective enrichment techniques to support forest rehabilitation and increased production of good quality timber. Ex-situ conservation is a strategy that protects against the loss of species in the wild and serves as a resource for research and recovery. This study aims to determine the appropriate dose of mycorrhizal biofertilizers and NPK fertilizers for the growth of S. platyclados. The design used is a Randomized Group Design (RAK) with five treatments, three replicates and two tree plots of the addition of mycorrhizal and NPK doses, namely M0 = control (0 g), M1 = 40 g mycorrhiza, M2 = 40 g mycorrhiza + 100 g NPK, M3 = 50 g mycorrhiza + 50 g NPK, M4 = 30 g mycorrhiza + 150 g NPK. The results showed that mycorrhizal biofertilization and NPK had no significant effect on height but substantially on the diameter and number of leaves. The best diameter increase results in the M4 dose. The application of mycorrhizal fertiliser and NPK showed a live percentage of 53.33%.
