Sistem Informasi Analisa dan Pendataan Losses Minyak Kelapa Sawit pada PKS PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Pabatu

Abstract

Analysis of palm oil losses is one of the management applications in palm oil processing so that companies are able to control the palm oil yield optimally. Palm Oil Mill (POM) of Pabatu has many records of palm oil losses which are measured using foss nirs in real time and obtained daily. However, the analysis and data collection process is still carried out manually. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an information system to simplify the analysis in the form of calculations and data collection processes. This research aimed to build a website-based information system for analyzing and collecting data on palm oil losses so that it is able to present information regarding the results of oil losses which are equipped with calculations, reports, and data collection databases. The method used in this research was observation and literature study. This research used CMS in the form of wordpress to support the website creation. Based on the research results, the information system for analysis and data collection of palm oil losses at POM of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Pabatu has been successfully developed and operates effectively, thus expected to facilitate the analysis and collecting data. This website has been equipped with two options of analysis processes, including real time and overall analysis of palm oil losses.
