dc.description.abstractThe presence of online food delivery makes all the limitations of means, distance and time not a very easy problem. Changes in food consumption and physical activity are causing more and more people to suffer from nutritional problems, excessive eating and lack of physical activity can lead to poor metabolism in the body, which will lead to more nutrition. The aim of this study is to find out the relationship food consumption through online food delivery service and physical activity with nutritional status of Public Health Faculty Students USU. The research design used was cross-sectional with a sample of 100 people obtained using proportional stratified random sampling. Food consumption data through online food delivery services are taken using the semi-FFQ form, physical activity using the IPAQ form and nutritional status data using anthropometric measurement using measurements of height and weight. Based on analysis using the Spearman Rank test, results were obtained that there was a relationship between the frequency of consumption of food ordered through the online food delivery service (p = 0,021), the type of meal ordered online (p = 0,087) there was no relationship with the nutritional status, the average amount of energy intake (514,86 kcal), carbohydrates (63,50g), protein (23,92g) and fat (21,84g). The percentage of energy contribution (p = 0,056), carbs (p = 0,885), proteins ( p = 0,124) and fats (p = 0,144) from the food ordering online had no relation to the nutrition status. It is recommended to the FKM PEMA organization to socialize Isi Priringku and encourage students to realize the learning results in the curriculum to students of the Faculty of Public Health of USU as well as to use campus facilities by frequently visiting the healthy center for exerciseen_US
