Mothers' behavior in implementing clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) in households is still low, partly due to a lack of education regarding the benefits and risks of not applying PHBS in daily life. PHBS is essential and should be practiced daily, as behavior significantly impacts health levels. This study aims to identify mothers' behavior in implementing PHBS in households in Klumpang Kebon Village, Hamparan Perak District. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study comprises all housewives, with a sample size of 67 respondents. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire. The study results indicate that 82.1% of mothers have good knowledge about PHBS in households, 94.0% have a positive attitude towards PHBS, and 89.6% demonstrate good implementation of PHBS in their households. It is expected that families with low PHBS implementation can be provided with educational outreach related to PHBS practices in households by health cadres or professionals.
