Postpartum blues is a mild stress syndrome in postpartum occuring within 3 to 10 days after childbirth. Its symptoms are as follows: excessive sadness, crying without reason, being easily hurt emotionally, difficulty falling asleep, headache, and self-denial. The objective of this researche is to find out the description of knowledge of puerperiuym women about postpartum blues care in klumpang kebun village, hamparan perak sub-district, deli serdang regeency. The researche uses quantitative methods. The data are analyze using univariate analysis. The population and sample consist of 36 puerperium women, selected using a total sampling teqnique. The result of the reserache show that 12 respondents (33.3%) have good knowledge, 11 respondents (30.6%) have moderate knowledge, and 13 respondents (36.1%) have bad knowledge. It can be conclude that, on average, puerperium women have bad knowledge of postpartum blues care. It is recommended that health care providers, such as village midwives or local puskesmas personnel, regularly provide counseling about puerperium care and postpartum blues and make sure that the women can participate in the counseling from the very beginning to the end.
