    Abstract
    Musculoskeletal Disorders are diseases that arise in the musculoskeletal system in the form of pain, aches or pain due to incorrect work postures. Unnatural work postures are one of the causes of the risk of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). PT Eastern Sumatra Indonesia palm oil mill workers in Simalungun District work with unnatural sitting and standing postures. This study aims to determine the relationship between work posture and complaints of Musculoskeletal disorders on palm oil mill workers of PT Eastern Sumatra Indonesia Simalungun District. This type of research is quantitative research which is analytical in nature. The population was 30 factory workers and the population was taken as a sample. The data analysis technique used is Rank Spearman correlation analysis. Work posture was measured by the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method and musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) complaints were measured using the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire. The results of the correlation coefficient value of 0.948 which shows that there is a positive relationship between work posture and complaints of musculoskeletal disorders with a degree of relationship that is a very strong correlation. Very high complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders amounted to 2 people (6.7%), namely in workers opening water taps with a total of 92 complaints and in workers checking oil with a total of 97 complaints. As a research suggestion, the hope is that workers can improve their work posture, workers can use rest time properly, and companies can use tools to reduce their workload
