dc.description.abstractUnnatural work postures cause a risk of disturbances in skeletal muscles such as pain, soreness or pain. Cleaning service workers perform work with unnatural squatting, standing and bending postures. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between work posture and skeletal muscle disorders in cleaning service workers. The research is quantitative study used a cross sectional design. The population was 35 workers and the entire population was sampled. Data analysis techniques used the person product moment correlation test. Measurement of work posture used the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method and skeletal muscle disorders used a survey of complaints of skeletal muscle disorders. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between work posture (p= 0.000) and skeletal muscle disorders and the degree of correlation was very strong. Workers experience the most complaints on the left leg (25.7%), right leg (25.7%), right thigh (14.3%), left thigh (11.4%), right calf (8.6%), and left calf (8.6%). Researcher suggestion, it is hoped that cleaning service workers can take advantage of breaks to stretch their muscles, and it is hoped that outsourcing and cambridge condominium can provide work aids to adjust work facilities to ease the worken_US
