Workfatigue refers to a statethatbegins witha feeling ofexhaustionand adecreasein thelevel of alertness which ultimatelyhas an impact on workefficiency. workfatigue is a condition thatarises from previous stress thatresults in decreased function and performance. The research is quantitativeresearch with a crosssectional approach. This research aimsto determine factors associated with workfatigue on workers at servicedepartment of PTPerintis Perkasa AdamMalik. Thetotalpopulation was 33mechanic and washer workers andthe entirepopulation was sample. Thedata analysis technique used spearman rankcorrelation analysis. Workfatigue was measured usingthe Industrial FatigueResearch Committee(IFRC) questionnaireto test subjectivefeelings of fatigue(SubjectiveSelfRating Test). Theresults showed thatthe level of fatigue in mechanic and washer workers was in the medium categoryas manyas 16workers (48.5%), in the lowcategoryas manyas 15 workers (45.5%), andin thehigh categoryas manyas 2 workers (6.1%). Theresults of the study between ageand fatigue showed arelationship with amoderate degreeof relationship. Theresults of research between physical workload and fatigue showed arelationship with a moderate degreeof relationship. Theresults of researchbetweenmentalworkload and fatigueshowno relationshipwith a moderate degreeof relationship. Theresults of research between nutrition and job fatigue shownorelationship with a moderate degreeof relationship. Researchers'suggestions, for the Companyto dividetheworkload of each worker equallyso thatthereis no unequal workload between workers, for workersto help each other coworkers, especially workers under 35 years of ageandfor workers to improveworkattitudes so as not to feel fatigue quicklyand provide enough water
