Studi Keandalan Sistem Distribusi Wilayah PT. PLN ULP Stabat Selama Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Menggunakan Metode Failure Mode Effect Analysis

Abstract

In late 2019, the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus emerged in Wuhan, a city in China's Hubei province. The virus broke out in the city of Wuhan, China, and quickly spread to every country around the world. Electrical energy is a very important necessity in everyday life, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, people are more often at home, schools are held online (in the network) or online and employees work from home (Work From Home) which certainly requires electrical energy, therefore PLN must pay attention to the quality of electrical energy distributed to the community through the distribution network. An electric power distribution system is said to be reliable if the disturbances and outages that occur within a certain period of time are below the specified reliability index numbers, namely SAIFI (System Average Interruption Frequency Index) and SAIDI (System Average Interruption Duration Index). During the Covid-19 pandemic, namely 2019-2020, the cumulative value of the SAIFI reliability index is 0.2576, SAIDI is 0.7731, CAIDI is 3.0024, ASAI is 0.00797585, and ASUI is 0.99202415. For the SAIFI reliability index value below the standard value of SPLN 68-2: 1986 and IEEE std 1366-2003 which means it is in accordance with the standard and does not exceed the standard. The SAIDI reliability index value is below the SPLN 68-2: 1986 and IEEE std 1366-2003 standard values which means it complies with the standard and does not exceed the standard, while the CAIDI reliability index value is below the SPLN 68-2: 1986 standard value which means it complies with the standard and does not exceed the standard and is above the IEEE std 1366-2003 standard value which means it does not comply with the standard and exceeds the standard.
