The Chronic Disease Management Program (PROLANIS) is an integrated, proactive health service involving participants, health facilities and BPJS Health which encourages Prolanis participants, especially hypertension, to achieve optimal quality of life. Patient compliance is a form of feedback provided by Prolanis participants regarding the services they receive. Prolanis patient compliance can be seen from the patient's enthusiasm in participating in the Prolanis program and the interest of each member. The problem of non-compliance with prolanis participants is often found, especially in people with hypertension. This research was conducted at the Kesatria Community Health Center, Pematangsiantar City with the aim of this research to determine whether there is an influence of patient characteristics (knowledge, disease condition, socio-economic) and health services (facilities, staff motivation, and therapy) on the compliance of hypertensive patients in participating in the Prolanis program in Knights Health Center Pematangsiantar City. This type of research uses a quantitative method with a cross sectional approach with a sampling technique using total sampling, so that the sample in this study amounted to 48 people. Patient characteristics and health services were taken using a questionnaire, measured using a logistic regression test. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of staff motivation (p=0.027) and therapy (p=0.045) on the compliance of hypertensive patients in participating in the prolanis program. It is recommended that health workers be able to increase outreach and education about chronic diseases to hypertension sufferers in every health center working area, but not only with prolanis participants but also with the families of prolanis participants
