| dc.description.abstract | JKN participants at the Lahusa Health Center reached 95.96%. Then, in terms of the utilization of health services at the Lahusa Health Center by the JKN participating community, it is still relatively low, especially the use of puskesmas by Contribution Assistance Recipients (PBI). This can be seen from the number of visits by PBI participants from January to December 2022, which only reached 1,150 visits (13.10%) from the total number of registered PBI participants of 8,839 people (69.65%). The type of research used is quantitative research with analytical surveys and cross sectional approaches the relationship of characteristics of recipient participants of contribution assistance (pbi) and services health with utilization . The population of this study was all PBI participants who lived in the working area of the Lahusa Health Center as many as 8,839 people. The number of research samples was 100 people using simple random sampling techniques. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using the chi-square test. The results of this study showed that as many as 26 respondents (26.0%) used puskesmas and 74 respondents (74.0%) did not use puskesmas. The results of the bivariate analysis found that there was a significant relationship between knowledge (p = 0.000), health conditions (0.000), attitudes (p = 0.000), distance of residence (p = 0.005), perception (p = 0.000), information (0.000), health worker services (0.003), and health facilities (p = 0.000) with the use of health services for PBI participants at the Lahusa Health Center, South Nias Regency in 2024. The puskesmas is expected to be able to carry out the role of auxiliary puskesmas and village midwives in the villages of the Lahusa Puskesmas work area, as well as increase participants' knowledge regarding the use of puskesmas services | en_US |
