    Abstract
    Craftsmen weaving bamboo baskets have potentially dangerous ergonomic factors in the form of working posture. The complaints experienced by workers are complaints of musculoskeletal disorders. This research aims to analyze the potential dangers of ergonomic factors among bamboo basket woven craftsmen in Sibolangit Subdistrict, Deli Serdang District. This research is descriptive research using total sampling with a total of 89 bamboo basket weaving craftsmen. Data collection used primary data in the form of the SNI 9011.2021 checklist and NBM questionnaire. The results of research into the potential danger of ergonomic factors showed that 89 workers (100%) had dangerous work processes, namely with a score of ≥7. The results of the research on complaints of musculoskeletal disorders showed that the part of the body that had the highest level of complaints of musculoskeletal disorders was the waist with 27 people (30.3%) being very sick, 53 people (59.6%) were very sick, somewhat 8 people (9.0%) were sick, and 1 person (1.1%) was not sick. There were 26 people (29.2%) in the back, 53 people complained of pain (59.6%), and 10 people complained of slight pain (11.2%). The right knee and left knee experienced complaints of very pain as many as 19 people (21.3%), complaints of pain as many as 63 people (70.8%), and complaints of slight pain as many as 7 people (7.9%). The potential dangers found in craftsmen are relevant to perceived complaints of musculoskeletal disorders. Craftsmen are advised to adjust working positions, adjust work and rest times
