Perilaku Remaja Putri dalam Menjaga Kesehatan Reproduksi di SMA Swasta PAB 5 Klumpang Kebun

Abstract

A common issue in Indonesia is the lack of information and awareness among adolescent girls regarding the maintenance of reproductive health, leading to various reproductive health problems, including reproductive tract infections. This study aims to identify the behavior of adolescent girls in maintaining reproductive health at PAB 5 Klumpang Kebun Private High School. The research method used was quantitative descriptive. The participants in this study were 51 adolescent girls from PAB 5 Klumpang Kebun Private High School. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires. The results showed that the knowledge level of respondents regarding reproductive health maintenance was good in 38 individuals (74.5%), the attitude of adolescent girls was positive in 46 individuals (90.2%), and actions taken were categorized as performed by 41 individuals (80.4%). It is recommended that healthcare services provide socialization or counseling about reproductive health, particularly for female students, and offer information on the importance of maintaining the cleanliness and health of reproductive organs to foster good behavior through aligned knowledge, attitudes, and actions.
